FPC rejoices in celebrating God at VBS! Each June (held the week preceeding Father's Day), children, adults, and youth share a week of excitement, prayer, talent, and artistic gifts. LOGOS

Our mid-week program, September - March, for children in grades 1 - 5 designed to develop intergenerational relationship with member of our church family. This four-part ministry requires your family’s sincere commitment to LOGOS where your child learns through the life lessons and experiences of the LOGOS Ministry Leaders. The LOGOS formula integrates Bible Study, Table Time, Recreation Play, and Choir/Worship Skills.

CHRISTMAS SEASON PROGRAMS

Operation Christmas Bags

All children are invited to participate in this special Christmas mission project new to FPC in 2010. Operation Christmas Bags are gift bags designed especially for a boy or girl of specific age group. Bags are dropped off in mid-December and will be distributed to children and youth in the Myrtle Beach area. If you would like to help and/or support this mission, please contact Marian Shelton or Linda Albrecht for more details, 843.448.4496.

Cookie Tea Party (ages 3, 4 & 5/Kindergarten)

Children and their parents enjoy singing carols, listening to a story while enjoying yummy Christmas goodies. Each child is ask to bring a gift for a child to be shared with a local child in need through FPC's Operation Christmas.

LOGOS Carol-In

In Mid December, our LOGOS participants gather in our sanctuary and their beautiful carols are broadcast through our web site into the homes family and friends and into the community rooms of many local nursing and assisted living facilities. This year the Belistic Handbell Choir will join our carolers. DON'T MISS THIS ONE!

Christmas Eve Worship Services: 5:00, 7:00 & 9:00 PM

The 5:00 PM service is dedicated to children and families.

WINTER/SPRING PROGRAMS

Fat Tuesday Pancake Supper & Celebration

Come support Youth Missions and celebrate Fat (Shrove) Tuesday with your church friends. We’ll have fun games and activities to jazz up the evening! Offered by Children’s and Youth Ministries of FPC. For additional information, contact Marian Shelton or Todd Harms, 843.448.4496.

This annual, not-to-be-missed LOCK IN takes place every winter when our 4th & 5th grade students are invited to spend the night in the church. We enjoy snacks, games, and fellowship with old and new friends. For our adults and youth interested in volunteering for this event, please contact Marian Shelton, 843.448.4496.
