A niche and a memorial wall will be provided for a one-time license fee. A niche is available to inurn cremains and a memorial wall is available to memorialize persons who are interred or cremains scattered elsewhere.
A Contract of Inurnment Rights will be issued upon the receipt of payment and completion of applicable forms. The niche # or memorial wall # will be included in the Contract.
Records and documents will be maintained by the Church for the people who have purchased rights to the Columbarium. A master diagram will be maintained with niche and wall selections.
Eligible persons who desire to receive more information should come by the church office to obtain a Columbarium packet. If interested, forms should be completed and submitted for approval by the Church.
To check the availability of the niches, please contact our Business Administrator, Linda Balmer, and set up an appointment.
